Your boudoir shoot...
So you've booked a session with me but you're not sure what to expect? I've laid out a few tips and a basic guideline of the typical shoot.
Before the shoot..
Think about what kind of theme or overall style you'd like your session to be. Some women envision a pin up type shoot while others may want to stick with simple, classic nude with white sheets! This session is all about you, so try to think about what makes you feel the most sexy. We can of course shoot in your own home! The more personal, the more powerful the images can be.
Things to possibly bring :
Depending on your theme/style, you may want to bring certain props or articles of clothing if you have any that would help set the mood. I will provide what I can too but here's a list of things you may or may not realize you'd want to include in your session!
Hats, Stockings/Tights, Blankets, White T Shirt, Baggy Sweater, Tutu, Gloves, Pearls, Lace, Garters, Masquerade masks,
Some women even love to include their favorite food!! :D
Tips : Don't go tanning for at least a week before our session.
Don't wear tight clothes (jeans, socks, bra) the day of the session so we don't see any belt lines and such.
During the shoot...
When we first meet for the session, we will first talk about your "outfits" and options. I'll explain how I want you to pose, however what I say is only a guideline to go by, an idea of what you COULD do. It really depends on how you're feeling in the moment. The biggest thing is that you remember you are beautiful. You should feel powerful and stunning like the goddess you are!! Be yourself and let yourself be vulnerable. I know cameras can be intimidating but I promise I am not!
If it looks bad....WE DON'T USE IT!! <3
